MX Series tripods are made of aluminum and magnesium alloy (AlMg) – a new generation material that is light, durable and gives the maximum load capacity of 12 kg. Leg wall thickness is reduced to 1 mm. Legs length is adjusted with TLM® rings. Each section is separated by a sealing flange to prevent sand, dust and dampness from entering inside. The tripod is an ideal tool for travelling photographers and photo reporters. The tripod's rubber feet are equipped with retractable steel spikes that are irreplaceable on boggy ground.

To increase the comfort of use, two tripod legs have been fitted with a wide handle made of an insulating, anti-slip and impermeable foam. Legs move in a range of 80° and can be locked in three different positions. Smoothly adjustable central column can be locked with TLM® clamping ring attached to wings which facilitate operation of even big heads. Leg hinges resistance is regulated with an included Allen key. In addition, the lower part of the column has a retractable hook for additional load providing stability for a tripod. The column's design is unique, so that you could mount it conversely and set the tripod as close to the ground as possible.
